1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit the elendin.com website and when you use the Elendin HMGS mobile app. Sections 2–4 cover the website; sections 5–8 cover the mobile app.
2. What the site collects
The site does not require an account and does not build a profile that identifies you. We receive your email address and product preference only if you complete the early access form.
3. Browser storage
The site's theme and language preference are kept in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
4. Security
The site and our app servers are served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the data we collect is restricted to staff who need it for their role.
5. What the mobile app collects
In the Elendin HMGS app we process data tied to your account (email address, username, your chosen exam target and law-background information), play and study data (answer history, scores, level and trophy progression, match results, community membership and messages), and device identifiers used to deliver notifications (push token, device ID).
6. Crash and diagnostics
To monitor the app's stability, crash and error reports are collected through Sentry. Performance diagnostics are sampled at roughly 10%; these records are never used for advertising or profiling.
7. Location and advertising
The app collects no location data. It shows no advertising and embeds no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
8. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and the personal data tied to it from inside the app. The process, what is deleted and what is retained, and the request path for people who can no longer access the app are described on the account deletion page (elendin.com/hesap-silme).
