1. Data controller
For the purposes of Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is Elendin Eğitim ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, of Tübitak Marmara Teknokent, Arge ve İnovasyon Binası, İç Kapı No:48, 41400 Gebze/Kocaeli, Türkiye.
2. Personal data processed
Through this website we process only your email address and your stated product interest, and only if you join the early access list. The site sets no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Data processed when you use our mobile apps is described separately in the in-app privacy notice.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your email address is processed solely to notify you that the product has launched, on the basis of your explicit consent under article 5/1 of the KVKK. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Transfers
Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by our hosting and email infrastructure providers strictly as required to deliver that service.
5. Retention
Your email address is retained until the launch announcement has been sent or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to access it, to request its correction or erasure, and to request that processing be restricted. Send requests to info@elendin.com.
